Ray, on his Emmy.

Hello everyone,Ray here.
To quote a famous TV father, "Holy Crap!"

What the heck happened? That was quite a surreal experience. Did you see Patty messing up my hair? I worked 10 minutes to get my hair just right and she does that!

The whole night is just now starting to sink in. At the moment it was happening it was hard to enjoy it fully because you immediately have two hours of interviews, pictures, etc., and of course my thoughts were, along with being truthful, I gotta be funny!

This being a comedian thing can wear you down.
But now, three days later, I can take a breath and tell you, although i like to downplay the whole thing, what happened that night, what with how my parents got involved, and Brad and Doris winning, and the genuine thrill other people felt for me, I'm gonna let myself admit that it was pretty amazing.

Of course tommorow we film show #6 of this season, so it's right back to the pressure of funny.

I'll try and post some more about the night, and the days that followed, but right now I'm pretty wiped out and my kids are throwing water ballons at the Emmy so I gotta go.

I of course forgot to thank a lot of people in my rushed speech and one of them is all of you.
