Ray Responds

Hey everyone, Ray here. Hope you're having a nice summer. I've been away a couple of weeks on vacation, and when I got back I saw that there were a few things I should probably comment on.

The first thing of course is the comments made by Phil Rosenthal in VARIETY about this upcoming season possibly being our last. Let me just say this: most of that was taken out of context. All Phil was saying -- or meant to say -- was what he and I have discussed many times before, and that is that we will do the show for as long as it continues to be fresh and funny and there are stories to tell. I see no reason why that will end this year, especially since we're coming off what I think was our best season.

Some of you may have also read about my possibly doing a feature film called "Action Abromowitz." This is a movie that is "in development" for me, which basically means that if everything works out as far as the script, the director and the cast, then yeah, this movie could get done during the next hiatus. It's still a far way off, but I'm hoping it all works out. I hope America is ready to see me jump out of a three-story window naked. (Kidding, no nudity clause.)

Anyway, that's it. We're back in production, and we start filming in two weeks. We've got some good shows lined up. When the cast comes back I hope to do a weekly online video segment here called "Bothering Brad." I think it's self-explanatory as to what it will be. Let's just hope he's not reading this.
